The successful candidate will work as part of the Ward 3 Angleton Glanrhyd, providing nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs, enhanced care needs, and supporting complex discharge planning. The team of qualified nurses and health care support workers provides nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and supports complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination. The post holder will be part of an integrated team and will be supported in their role by registered nurses, the Ward Manager, and the Deputy Ward Manager. We encourage informal visits to allow applicants to familiarise themselves with our services and to answer any questions they may have.
