Ward 14 is a forward-thinking 31 bedded Elderly Medical Ward caring for adults with complex medical and social needs. We predominantly care for elderly, vulnerable adults where we can offer a safe, secure and dementia-friendly environment. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated staff with excellent communication skills that wish to work with an amazing patient-centred caring team. Main Duties of the Job
Ward 14 is an elderly care ward with patients that have complex medical and social needs. We are looking for a caring and compassionate HCSW to join our friendly team who put their patients at the heart of everything they do. You will be able to undertake a range of clinical and clerical activities working with support and supervision of the trained nursing team to deliver high standards of nursing care. The successful candidate should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. Working for Our Organisation
