This role will involve supporting the Health Manager to deliver ALDI UK & Ireland's Health Strategy. The topics will include Health, wider topics in Nutrition, HFSS legislation and any relevant voluntary/mandatory legislation, Special & Sustainable diets, Food reformulations. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to complete a number of general administrative tasks to support the team as asked by the manager. The role will involve collaboration with different departments across both national and international departments, in addition to a number of external NGOs and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be required to build and manage these stakeholder relationships in order to help drive ALDI's Health Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own time to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines across a variety of projects. This will include providing updates and seeking sign off from the Health Manager at regular updates. You'll be responsible for helping us to deliver Aldi's national Health strategy to support customers to live healthier lifestyles. Being the go-to person for topics including Health & Nutrition Supporting Aldi's performance and progress toward Health goals and targets Working with Aldi teams to ensure our compliance to upcoming relevant legislations Working on multiple tasks and deadlines in a variety of projects Data analysis and reporting Internal colleagues and external stakeholder engagement Engage with external experts and organisations to enhance Aldi's health initiatives and credibility. Support marketing/comms team with the development of materials that highlight the health benefits of products. Provide expert guidance and training to internal colleagues Involve in research on health trends and consumer preferences Monitor and analyse nutritional guidelines, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance across all products. About You

Diploma in Public Health/Nutrition related topic Acquainted with health legislations and extensive knowledge of food industry activities Awareness of the UK external environment, for example National Food Strategy and evolving public health discussions Experience in working with data and reporting analysis Experience in working with special and sustainable diets within the retail sector Demonstrate commercial awareness as well as nutrition/technical knowledge Understanding of the upcoming HFSS legislation and the impacts businesses are facing Passionate and enthusiastic about health and sustainability Able to prioritise and plan effectively - managing multiple projects at once Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally Strong attention to detail and tracking of projects/data Highly proficient/advanced excel capabilities Able to work to tight deadlines and be flexible to business requirements Team player who enjoys working as part of a dynamic team What You'll Get In Return
