THE COMPANY Here at The Thrive Hive we are currently working with one of our favourite clients to help them find the perfect Health, Safety and Compliance Manager for their UK Head Office. They are a highly respected, established organisation with offices across The UK providing services to the construction industry.

THE ROLE Reporting to the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will oversee compliance with Health and Safety standards both legally and within the company. Your responsibilities include:

Monitoring and auditing Health and Safety practices across the organisation. Assisting with customer site audits. Advising on Health and Safety regulations. Managing incident reporting and investigations. Maintaining systems for continuous improvement. Compiling and reporting safety data for industry bodies. Supporting incident investigations. Collaborating with managers and external consultants. Providing training on Health and Safety compliance. Maintaining legal registers and participating in industry groups. Leading efforts for ongoing safety improvements. THE PERSON In order to succeed in this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a health and safety role. A background in engineering or operational management role. SHE Level 4/NEBOSH certificate qualification or above. A co-operative and flexible attitude within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately. Full driving licence. Please note - we are unable to provide any kind of sponsorship for this position.

THE PACKAGE To £50,000 Base + monthly car allowance + excellent benefits
