Health, Safety, and Environmental Business Partner

at this industry-leading food manufacturing company could be your next challenge. This opportunity allows you to shape HSE practices at the Wincanton site while aligning with corporate sustainability and safety initiatives. What Can You Expect in This Role? Develop and implement the HSE plan for the Wincanton site, embedding a proactive safety culture across all levels. Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across site operations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and COSHH evaluations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Lead HSE committee meetings, provide training and coaching to line managers, and deliver robust accident investigations with sustainable corrective actions. Partner with site management to implement strategies to reduce environmental impact and achieve goals such as zero landfill waste. What Does This Role Offer You? What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or a high-risk environment. Experience in environmental initiatives such as waste reduction and sustainability projects.
