A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety and Property Facilitator within the Care, Quality and Governance Team. This is an exciting role that will play a key part in the delivery of Cranstoun’s Quality and Governance strategy. As Health, Safety and Property Facilitator, you will support the Health, Safety and Property Manager in providing high quality and comprehensive health and safety support to the organisation. You will support safety and compliance communication, advise team members on health and safety policies and processes, promote a culture of best practice, help to deliver health and safety objectives and facilitate compliance with relevant legislation and Cranstoun policies. You will also be a strong role model of the Cranstoun values: ambitious, creative, compassionate, collaborative and respectful. You will have the ability to self-manage and work independently without close supervision. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills, in particular the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Experience of working within the health and social care sector would be advantageous.
