Our projects range from complex urban demolitions to internal refurbishment projects. As an apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring every project is executed safely and responsibly. What You’ll Do Assist the Health and Safety Manager in daily site inspections and audits. Help identify and mitigate potential hazards on demolition sites. Support the creation and review of risk assessments and method statements. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in toolbox talks and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture. Keep records of incidents, inspections, and training activities. Learn to use safety management systems and tools. What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in health and safety within the construction or demolition industry. Strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. A willingness to work both on-site and in the office. Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office). Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
