Health & Safety Business Partner

to help us achieve our vision of reducing workplace harm while driving operational excellence. When it comes to health and safety, our purpose is clear; to continually reduce the likelihood and severity of workplace harm. The role of the H&S business partner is to assist the divisional head in achieving this purpose at our Wentworth Head Office and Distribution centre through providing professional guidance, advice, and support to the business, working closely with senior stakeholders in a pro-active and collaborative way. The H&S business partner role is key to the operational delivery of health and safety across the business through the management of health and safety systems, dedicated communications, internal/external assurance programmes and delivery of health and safety projects. What You’ll Do: Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver our vision for Health & Safety. Provide expert guidance to implement risk controls and drive improvement plans. Champion learning and development through training and incident investigations. Be hands-on, spending time in the business, understanding frontline challenges. What You’ll Bring: A NEBOSH General Certificate (essential), with ambition to progress to Level 6. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
