Support companywide Health & Safety Standards in a manufacturing business, joining a strong team of 4. Drive excellence across H&S in one of 4 sites. Have good H&S knowledge of regulations, experience implementing best practices, and ensure the business remains compliant by supporting department heads. Engage in a hands-on role, dealing with all levels of staff from the floor to director level. Requirements
Min 2+ years of Health & Safety experience ideally from manufacturing, but open to other commercial sectors also. Strong H&S regulations knowledge, including experience implementing best practices in manufacturing. Excellent people skills, with the ability to support teams and drive change. Strong IT skills along with excellent organizational, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in report writing & root cause analysis. Relevant Degree OR Certifications / Qualifications in Health & Safety Management. Rewards
