Key responsibilities: Client Engagement: Ensure clients understand and fulfil their legal responsibilities under CDM 2015. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and design teams to promote clear communication and coordination on health and safety matters. Pre-Construction Management: Oversee the preparation and collation of pre-construction information, lead CDM workshops, and contribute to design safety strategies. Risk Management: Collaborate with designers to compile a CDM Design Risk Register and conduct health and safety design reviews. Site Inspections: Perform CDM site inspections and compliance audits to ensure safety measures are effectively implemented. Specialist Advice: Provide expert CDM advice to designers and project managers. Project Completion: Prepare and issue project-specific Health and Safety files upon completion. Professional Membership: Associate membership of the Association for Project Safety or technical membership of IOSH. Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a consulting environment and delivering on multi-discipline projects.
