- Maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure HSE standards are met during site activities.
- Report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the energy storage or related industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence employees at all levels.
