We are looking for an enthusiastic student who is interested in Health, Safety, and Environment to join our team specializing in Health, Safety and Environment for our global planning and logistics in Daventry, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year, this will be

100% onsite 5 days per week

and will commence

July 2025. External Qualifications and Competencies

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Analyzing Health, Safety and Environmental Data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support in the development of HSE procedures and maintenance of ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 Management Systems. Ergonomics projects to improve manual handling processes with the use of lifting equipment. Produce HSE communications to raise awareness of issues. Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and Cummins corporate HSE requirements. Reporting KPI data and ISO management system standard requirements. Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position

To be successful in this role you will need the following: Working towards a degree in Business Management or Health, Safety, and Environmental related field. Ability to understand data, solve problems, and think innovatively. Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage workload effectively and work well as part of a team.
