Are you passionate about driving safety excellence and environmental sustainability in the workplace? This innovative manufacturing and engineering business in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead our commitment to a safe, sustainable, and compliant working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with company, legal and industry standards, working closely with the HSE Executive. Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences. Deliver training and coaching to promote a proactive HSE culture across the workforce. Manage environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and energy efficiency. Collaborate with leadership teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance. The Person Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Environmental management role, ideally within manufacturing or engineering. Experience of managing general RA's, DSEAR, Fire RA's, Task based RA's, PUWER programs, COSHH, DSE, and Manual Handling RA's. In-depth knowledge of UK HSE regulations and standards within a high risk manufacturing and engineering based environment. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving positive change within HSE culture.
