Our client, a well-established contractor based in Fife, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team on a commercial project in Clackmannanshire. With operations spanning diverse sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, and more, this is your chance to contribute to a company committed to excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a safe working environment that prioritises health and safety. Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices. Supervise subcontractors to uphold safe working practices. Conduct and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for site and office activities. Organise occupational health and safety surveys. Manage training programmes and introduce new initiatives as required. Address issues identified through monthly inspections, audits, and assessments. Report risks and non-compliance to senior management and drive resolutions. Collaborate with site managers and teams to solve on-site challenges. Lead thorough accident investigations when necessary. Represent health and safety interests in internal and external meetings. Monitor, review, and report on health and safety practices across the company. Work proactively with clients to meet project specifications and ensure safety standards. About You: Qualifications : NEBOSH, IOSH, and CSCS certifications are essential. Experience : Proven track record as a Health & Safety Manager, with construction project experience preferred. Skills : Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams effectively. Approach : Hands-on and proactive in promoting a positive safety culture internally and externally.
