Health & Safety Manager , you’ll oversee all health and safety aspects across multiple onsite locations, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a culture of safety within the business. This is a

full-time role

that requires travel between build sites. HQ Location:

Bradford, West Yorkshire Hours:

08:00–17:30, Monday to Friday (flexibility required) Benefits:

Company vehicle, free parking, 28 days’ annual leave, and more! Key Responsibilities: Ensure health and safety legislation compliance, including the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits across all sites. Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing preventive measures. Coordinate first aid and fire safety measures, ensuring readiness for emergencies. Stay up-to-date with legislation and advise senior management on changes and improvements. Promote sustainable practices, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Experience:

Proven track record in a similar Health & Safety role (Construction or/and On-site and dealing with sub-contractors). Qualifications:

NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ, or equivalent in occupational health and safety. Knowledge:

Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices. Skills:

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities. Requirements:
