site. Salary : Fully Negotiable - highly competitive rate of pay for the role which is negotiable based on experience plus benefits. Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and vision in SHEQ for the company's global operations ensuring compliance in all areas. Deliver and maintain a SHEQ change programme to embed and develop a positive culture across the organisation, driving and improving employee engagement on health, safety, environment, and quality matters. Engage, support and positively influence directors, managers and first-line supervisors to create and maintain a vibrant health and safety culture. Lead the implementation of initiatives, campaigns and new processes to drive continual improvement of safety, health, environment and quality in the Company. Develop and use metrics to measure and drive improvement in the business. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for the SHEQ team. Develop, review and update all safety, health, environmental and quality strategies, policies, procedures and documentation. Lead and manage the certification process for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards. Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all legislation, policies and procedures affecting the business. Manage and lead all incident investigations. Lead an effective inspection and internal audit plan. Provide direct leadership to the company's SHEQ team. Maintain and publish a calendar of key safety activities and regulatory inspection dates. Develop, monitor and report on annual budgets for SHEQ. Provide input into prequalification and tender submissions. Prepare regular reports on operational SHEQ performance. Liaise with external bodies including the HSE, OSHA, Environmental Offices, Councils, contractors and other regulatory and professional stakeholders. The Ideal Person

NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health. ISO Internal Auditor (desirable). Experience in an operational SHEQ role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior SHEQ role. Thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable ISO and/or OSHA standards. Full understanding of legal HSE policy and guidelines.
