Complete regular inspections and audits and close out associated actions. Create and maintain accurate records on site including management plans, risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments etc. Maintain and develop the companies Integrated Management System in preparation for annual ISO audits. Conducting non-conformance, incident and near miss investigations. Perform supplier and sub-contractor reviews. Monitor plant and equipment maintenance and use. Carry out and plan staff health assessments. Promote the companies SHEQ culture through leading by example, organising staff training, completing regular Toolbox Talks, implementing policies and procedures etc. Liaising with the public, clients and other project stakeholders. Requirements:
5+ years experience in a similar SHEQ role NEBOSH certification or an IOSH accredited degree e.g. Environmental Health Full UK Driving Licence Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to promote SHEQ How to apply:
