Reporting into the board, you will be responsible for: Driving Behavioural Safety initiatives and improving workforce engagement in SHEQ Devising innovative programmes to roll out across the company Being a catalyst for cultural improvement Performing inspections and audits across their site portfolio Presenting to the board and providing in-depth insights and solutions
You will also have: Experience within a large build construction environment A self-starting attitude with initiative at the forefront Health & Safety qualification A solutions-led demeanour Excellent interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 (previously 18001)
