A leading Regional Construction contractor is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to strengthen their HSEQ function, based out of the Midlands and covering schemes across the region. You will work with key stakeholders within the business to spearhead positive cultural change and play a key role in driving improvement in the company management system.
Reporting into the board, you will be responsible for: Driving Behavioural Safety initiatives and improving workforce engagement in SHEQ Devising innovative programmes to roll out across the company Being a catalyst for cultural improvement Performing inspections and audits across their site portfolio Presenting to the board and providing in-depth insights and solutions
You will also have: Experience within a large build construction environment A self-starting attitude with initiative at the forefront Health & Safety qualification A solutions-led demeanour Excellent interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 (previously 18001)
