Health & Safety Officer/Manager - Aylesbury
- £36,000-£42,000 per year
Our Client is a family run, fast growing flooring company focusing on fast-track installations within the retail, commercial and industrial sectors. They specialise in all types of flooring installations and carry out sub-floor reconstruction wherever required.
Our client operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure minimal disruption to the client's operations, no matter the size of the job. Our client strongly believes that consistency and reliability is key, and we pride ourselves on always delivering a high level of service to clients.
This is a full-time role based in Aylesbury (HP22). You will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of all applicable HSEQ programs to ensure that all applicable regulations are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out site audits on our teams working on client sites. Completing pre-construction HSEQ paperwork including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments and Construction Phase Plans. Reviewing and updating company policies and procedures. Managing subcontractor compliance. Management and implementation of the combined systems. Management of training, accreditation and insurance matrixes.
Salary: £36,000.00 - £42,000.00 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
