Z-Tech is currently recruiting for a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment Manager to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across the organisation. Your expertise in risk assessment, legal requirements, and leadership will be key to driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key skills:
Comprehensive understanding of legal requirements pertaining to Health, Safety, Security and the Environment and ensuring compliance. Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and adept at developing pragmatic mitigation proposals. Skilled in liaising with diverse stakeholders, including emergency services and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Experienced in the development, implementation, and enhancement of Health, Safety, Security and Environment systems, with a focus on ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 and 27001 certified management systems. Strong leadership abilities, capable of overseeing competent staff and fostering a culture of HSSE excellence within the organisation. Requirements:
Extensive experience in health and safety management within maintenance and service contracts, encompassing the complexities inherent in such operations. Extensive experience with CDM 2015 working across critical infrastructure. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in developing, implementing, and improving health and safety management systems. Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives focused towards improving health and safety culture and performance. Demonstrated experience working in collaboration with senior customer health and safety stakeholders to drive common objectives. NEBOSH qualification. CSCS card.
