Do you want to make a difference in people lives and be part of something special? The Mary How Trust for Cancer Prevention is an independent, CQC registered charity based in West Sussex. The Trust’s health screening service aims to spot the early signs of life-threatening illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, bowel cancer, prostate cancer, and abdominal aortic aneurysm. We are seeking a full-time administrator to join our friendly professional team. Additional hours are available for holiday cover. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to use their supervision and customer service skills to help in our development. The role includes ensuring the Mary How Trust consistently offers the highest standard of customer service within the Clinic. This involves processing client health screening requests and enquiries efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails to schedule appointments, accurately inputting health screening results into the clinical system, and preparing results booklets to be sent to clients and GPs. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will support the Trust in ensuring the highest standard of customer service within the Clinic. Person Specification: Excellent customer service skills Experience of working to deadlines and targets Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills Able to work as part of a small team If you have excellent customer service skills, a professional manner, and are committed to ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience, then we want to hear from you.
