Must be able to travel to one of the following areas to see learners: Kent, London, Berkshire, Suffolk, Essex, West Midlands. Duties: Deliver health and social care training for L2 Adult Care Worker, L3 Lead Adult Care Worker, L4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care, and L5 Leader in Adult Care. Provide training for apprenticeships. Conduct one-to-one visits with learners in the workplace as required. Experience in delivering health and social care/adult care training is essential. Provide a varied programme of delivery. Occasional group teaching sessions. Embed functional skills level 2 in English and Mathematics when needed to assist the Tutor. Attend standardisation meetings. Utilise the electronic portfolio system to record learner interventions, reviews, and upload work. Maintain accurate learner information. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Salary and Benefits: £31,486 to £37,058 per annum. Mileage paid. 25 days holiday plus an additional 3.5 days at Christmas, plus statutory holidays. 2 days paid per annum for volunteering work.
