Health & Social Care Tutor/Assessor Birmingham B37 Free Parking Part time Permanent role Working 22.5 hours per week on a rota basis to work between Monday to Thursday, but only 3 days each week 9am to 5pm (some flexibility available) Working 42 weeks per annum, as this is term time only Would you like to make a difference to young people's lives and work for this fantastic organisation? We are seeking a Health Social Care Tutor/Assessor for level 1 and 2, to young people, who has a passion for helping students aged 16 to 19, mainly those with special educational needs. Job role Teaching health and social care level 1 and 2 Teaching anything from 3 to 12 people in the classroom Delivering engaging sessions to learners Providing one-to-one support and guidance to learners Monitoring individualized learning programmes Development, maintenance, and monitoring of training programmes Updating learner records Delivering induction and initial assessment Creating lesson plans Essential for the role Relevant qualification such as PTLLS, CertEd or equivalent, or NVQ Diploma or Degree in health and social care Assessing qualifications such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32/D33 desirable, but not essential Salary and Benefits GBP 15,751 to GBP 19,889 per annum for the 22.5 hours per week, for the 42 weeks of the year Free Parking 26 Days Holiday + stats pro rata Recognition day Pension
