personalities!). So what do you think? If you’re interested in joining Routes as a Healthcare Assessor, here’s what we’re looking for from you: Someone passionate about putting people first. Someone with at least 1 year experience working in community care. Organisational & time management skills. A good understanding of CQC regulations. Superb communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their care team. An NVQ in Health and Social Care would be a big bonus. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Your typical day to day will include: Developing care plans and risk assessments. Overseeing the safe administration of medicines. Undertaking observations, spot checks and Quality Assurance. Completing and updating care records on our in-house systems. Assisting your Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care service. Manage on-call duties on a rotating basis.
