Currently seeking passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing teams in various locations across the UK, including Kent, the Midlands, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Yorkshire, and Sussex.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.

Role requirements:

Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager. Assist with daily living activities: I ncluding meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting to get dressed including bathing and social interaction. Communicating and collaborating: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintaining accurate resident records. Safety first: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff. A team player

who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities. Must be an organised individual

with a strong attention to detail. Problem-solving skills

with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2+ years in a care setting. NVQ in Health & Social Care is desired, comprehensive training and support is provided.
