First Option Healthcare (PALMS services) are currently recruiting for Support Workers who have experience in working with complex and challenging behaviour in children, adults, and older adults with mild, moderate, and severe learning disabilities. We have a great opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their family homes and are looking for experienced HCAs with experience of working with adults with the following: Learning Disabilities Mental Health Challenging Behaviour Key Skills and Requirements:
Experience in working with mental health service users with challenging behaviour
(Essential) 1 year PMVA/Breakaway training
(Essential) Familiar with Positive Behavioural Support plan
(Desirable) Driver Benefits:
Accrued paid holiday Guaranteed hours of work in a set rota pattern Training, bespoke onsite and in-house development, with career progression opportunities with continuous clinical support Monthly supervisions to ensure we are supporting you fully throughout Weekly COVID tests and vaccination facilitation 24/7 Out of Hours on hand support, with Clinical Leads and Care Managers Referral Scheme Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.
