In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes. You will provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities

– Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting. – Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required. – Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary. – Provide companionship and emotional support. – Monitor and report on residents’ health and well-being to nursing staff. – Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans. – Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care. Skills and Experience

– Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting is desirable. – Minimum of 6-12 months care experience. – NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work flexibly in a team-oriented environment. – Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
