Do you thrive on securing and expanding high-value accounts? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take charge of a prestigious and highly lucrative healthcare account. The Role As Client Director, you will oversee the management and growth of a significant healthcare account. This is a pivotal role requiring a strategic player who can: Strengthen Relationships:

Build and nurture strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders. Troubleshoot:

Address challenges with confidence, delivering swift and effective solutions to maintain service excellence. Drive Growth:

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account value by introducing innovative LAN, WAN, connectivity, and managed service solutions. Secure Renewal:

Ensure account retention by managing the two-year renewal process, cementing long-term client satisfaction and trust. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for the healthcare account, providing exceptional client management. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and execute strategies to expand the account’s portfolio of services. Monitor account performance, address issues proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction. Regularly visit client sites across the UK, maintaining a visible presence and strong connection with stakeholders. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive, relationship-driven professional with: Proven experience managing large, high-value accounts in the IT or telecoms sector. Strong expertise in selling LAN, WAN, connectivity, and managed services. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and deliver innovative solutions under pressure. A strategic approach to account management with a focus on long-term growth and retention.
