Job Summary We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant/Companionship to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping others and possess the necessary skills to assist residents with their daily needs. Duties Provide companionship support, including assistance with shopping, walking and social activities. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel. Qualifications Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Knowledge of dementia care practices is ideal. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently. !!! IMPORTANT: Driving Licence and access to own car essential Location: Eastleigh and Surroundings What we offer?
