About the programme

During this comprehensive programme, you will rotate through the core departments within our company, gaining hands-on experience and insight into various aspects of the business with a particular focus on Business Development. You will receive mentorship and guidance from industry experts as you embark on this exciting journey of professional development.

Location: This is an on-site role based at our recently refurbished head office (SE15 4PU) which is a five-minute walk from Peckham Rye station and steps away from the charming amenities of Bellenden Road. Areas of focus

Sales &

Business Development:

Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, through identifying growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions to drive business expansion and enhance service delivery.

Marketing:

Work closely with our marketing team to create marketing collateral, contribute to website management, closely support with conferences and events, and engage with social media platforms to enhance our presence.

Legal & Finance:

Assist our finance team with budgeting, sales proposals, and commercial schedules for tenders. Also learn the basics around accounting and reporting, payroll, supplier contracts, and management of legal documentation. Salary, benefits and requirements

Competitive starting salary at £26,000, based on positive performance reviews, your salary will incrementally increase up to £30k across the duration of the programme. Graduated in the last two years with a 2:1 and above in English, Marketing or a similar subject. Please do not apply if you do not meet the above requirement. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and our company mission. Experience with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel Good spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills Strong attention to detail, analytical mind & ability to work as part of a team and have an organised approach to multi-tasking.
