Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor - Tier 1 Law Firm (CH-99)
Location: Manchester, England Sector: Legal Salary: £45,000.00 to £70,000.00 per annum THE FIRM: Highly-regarded full service commercial law firm Great regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal advice Role to be based in central Manchester in Spinningfields THE ROLE: The team does a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies. The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims. They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Court of Protection work. THE CANDIDATE: Ideally, they are looking for someone with at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work; however, they welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into and focusing within this exciting area.
