Description

Are you looking for a career in sales where you can financially progress each year? Do you want to be rewarded for your hard work? Do you want to be a truly valued member of a team? We’re recruiting Healthcare Sales Consultants to join us on a full-time permanent basis. At AXA Health, we’re looking for talented Sales Consultants to join our highly successful sales team in Bournemouth. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be contacting customers who have enquired directly with AXA Health online into Private Healthcare Insurance. You’ll listen to our customers’ needs and provide suitable cover options offering tailored solutions. As part of this role, you’ll be comfortable having sensitive conversations and taking an empathetic approach; you’ll translate factual and sometimes complex information in a simple way, converting these enquiries into sales through building rapport and listening. After your initial office-based training period of 12 weeks, you'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events. Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm with an early finish of 2.30pm on Fridays, no evenings or weekends. Career Development: Career development is an integral part of AXA Health, so as well as offering a competitive starting salary, the opportunity for progression is realistic. Each year, your performance will be assessed and providing you hit the required sales and customer goals, you can move through the eight salary bandings - a maximum of two levels per year. Induction & Training: Induction Date: 17th March 2025. When you join us, you’ll be given extensive training on our products and tools to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. Training starts with a three-week programme and after this, you’ll join one of our 5 sales teams where you’ll receive one-to-one coaching sessions, role play, and live listening. Our sessions will help to motivate and inspire you as well as support you with your sales techniques. At AXA Health, we flourish on a supportive working environment, on open and honest conversations, and on regular coaching and development. You will be constantly supported in your role, looking for ways to improve and progress, and to make the most of your skillset.
