to join a rapidly growing Healthcare team, who are recognised for providing legal services to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations. This particular team focuses on healthcare inquest work and advisory support. About the Team: Award-winning and renowned for advising NHS bodies, private healthcare providers, and insurers on a diverse range of issues including, inquests, public inquiries, judicial reviews, mental health law, patient care, corporate governance, and more. Key Responsibilities: Representing clients in inquests (jury and non-jury) and providing advocacy. Handling Court of Protection cases and treatment/best interest applications. Advising on public law, governance, constitutional matters, and human rights. Supporting clients on healthcare law issues, including patient complaints, investigations, and mental health legislation. Advising on care standards and information governance. What We’re Looking For: Essential: Qualified solicitor with experience in healthcare law. Proven expertise in handling inquests, including advocacy. Willingness to travel. Desirable: Experience within Court of Protection work. Familiarity with health and social care sector issues.
