Joining the department in Newcastle, you will be working in a pivotal role managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare cases.You will have a strong focus on inquest work as the department deal with a large amount of new inquest instructions and you will be expected to hit the ground running with these matters.You will be representing clients at inquest proceedings including advocacy, advising on healthcare, clinical negligence, and patient safety matters.
The role includes strong hybrid and flexible working options; however, you will need to travel to inquests regularly.
The firm want to speak with qualified solicitors who have experience in healthcare, clinical negligence, inquests and medical malpractice.Inquests experience is essential along with good advocacy skills and a solid understanding of healthcare regulations.
