Position: Hearing Centre, Branch Coordinator Location: Poole, BH14 8UF Reports to: Area Manager Salary: £23,000 per annum Rota: Monday to Friday (9-5.30) Please note an element of travel is required for the initial induction period to travel across multiple branches for shadowing Join Our Team! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Branch Coordinator to join our Poole practice at The Hearing Care Partnership. In this dynamic role, you’ll connect with clients, support their hearing care journey, and keep the practice running smoothly. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone with a knack for communication and a desire to make a positive impact in the community! What You’ll Do: - Engage with Clients: Welcome every visitor, provide best-in-class support, and ensure a seamless experience. - Manage the Practice: Handle appointment scheduling, reception duties, and daily administrative tasks. - Be the Heart of the Team: Coordinate with clinicians, manage diaries, and support client follow-ups, both in-person and over the phone. - Community Connection: Be a friendly face in the local area, helping to promote our services and engage with the community.
