To carry out inspections, diagnose faults, fit parts, and carry out repairs relating to all aspects of HIU systems. Testing and commissioning of equipment. Undertake smoke and CHP servicing. Testing of smoke and CO alarms. To complete job sheets/PDA for every task, daily log sheets, and weekly time sheets. To comply with safe working practices ensuring the safety of your colleagues and the public is always maintained. Liaise with colleagues as required to ensure a high-quality service is delivered and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Responsible for the delivery of planned commitments to the client, ensuring agreed KPI’s and service levels are being met. To supervise and train any apprentices that might be placed with you from time to time in line with Aston Group’s policies and procedures. To maintain a high standard of customer service for all internal and external activities. Attend all required toolbox talks. To comply with the company’s Health & Safety Policy at all times and follow all related safe systems of work. Undertake other duties of a similar nature as required by management. Responsible for care and maintenance of vehicle; washes vehicle and cleans interior; takes vehicle to garage for maintenance and repair. To report any vehicle malfunctions to management as soon as possible. Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm, and flexibility with working hours is essential as overtime will be required from time to time. The Candidate: To be considered for our

role, you will have the following skills and experience: Qualifications: Unvented Hot Water (Desired not essential) HIU (Desired not essential) Cylinders (Desired not essential) HRU (Desired not essential) Experience: Experience in plumbing. Experience in working for social housing contracts. Use and ability to train in the use of PDA devices. Use and ability to train in the use of a computer. Skills/Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. It is a requirement that a valid full clean driving licence is maintained.
