THE ROLE
Providing technical support and advice to customers including installers, service engineers, and homeowners. Liaising with clients over the phone, via email, and video calls to offer solutions at install, commissioning, and service stages. Access and full product training on their portfolio of equipment and controls to become a product expert. Working closely with field engineers to ensure customers' queries are responded to efficiently. Liaising with internal departments for sales enquiries, warranties, spare parts, and logistics. Excellent opportunity for growth within the division, offering a leadership role as the department grows.
THE PERSON
Strong working knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps, primarily in the domestic and residential sectors. Previous experience as an install or service engineer or in a technical role from the office. Comfortable in an office-based role.
