You will be responsible for maximising the Heating, Bathroom, and Kitchen sales by providing excellent service and seeking out value-add solutions for internal and external customers. Daily you will be responsible for: Customer Interaction:

Helping customers with product selection, providing product knowledge, and completing stock-related tasks. Consulting with customers via phone and email. Design Consultation:

Discussing building materials, themes, colours, patterns, and room layouts with customers. Sales & Support:

Building relationships with Trade and Retail customers, offering product support, technical information, and interior design solutions. Operational Tasks:

Direct sales, order preparation, and maintaining showroom aisles. This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. About you: Experience:

Customer service/sales experience, excellent communication skills, and time management to meet tight deadlines and company targets. Professionalism:

Polite, professional, and accommodating with a high standard of personal presentation. Physical Fitness:

Capable of manual handling and health & safety conscious. Tech Savvy:

Intermediate experience with MS Suites, including Excel and confident in learning new systems. Team Player:

Enjoy working both independently and as part of a driven, close-knit team. Competitive Hourly Rate:
