This role involves managing a team of heating engineers, ensuring resources are sufficient to meet business demands, delivering a high-quality service with focus on compliance retention and high customer satisfaction. Dealing with queries and concerns as are relevant to the role, keeping engineers engaged via team's discussions and 1 to 1 conversations, offering consistent regulation and manufacturer updates, and planning training as applicable. You must be a team player liaising with other departments and staff, ensuring a collaborative working relationship that supports the achievement of the KPI's and goals within the job specification.
Must hold relevant professional gas qualifications, and equivalent work experience demonstrating research, and report building analysis and as to support your delivery approach.
Provide effective leadership and management for your people, ensuring you create a team environment that enables everyone in the Property Services team (across all service areas) to perform at their best.

Regular travel will be required
