Install, service, and maintain heat pump systems, including underfloor heating, radiators, and all associated components. Diagnose and resolve faults and technical issues with heating systems. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure systems are working efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, explaining work completed and offering maintenance advice. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality service and completion of projects. Maintain and manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Adhere to all safety standards and regulations. Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Heating Engineer, ideally with experience in heat pumps. Strong knowledge of heating systems, installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Full UK driving license. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe, F-Gas, or equivalent) are desirable. Ability to work efficiently, managing your own time and workload. Skills
