Heating Supervisor (Great Training & Development) Covering M4 Corridor Up to £48,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Van + Development + Great Package Are you an experienced heating engineer looking for the opportunity to come off the tools and develop into a supervisory role? This company specialise in the installation of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvement measures for government led incentives as well as private clients. Following a very successful few years, they are looking to grow their team by hiring a new Heating Supervisor to support their growth. In this role, you will oversee the installation of domestic ASHP and general heating systems to clients based along the M4 corridor. You will carry out technical surveys ahead of installation, oversee engineers completing work, carry out commissioning where required, and help drive high quality of work and customer service within your team. The ideal candidate will have a very strong hands-on background in domestic heating systems and have previously worked on ASHP. You will need to have your NVQ and gas tickets and be highly motivated to develop your career further into a supervisory role. The Role:
