You will play a vital role in supporting clients to successfully navigate the Universal Credit application process. This role requires excellent telephone and IT skills, along with a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will provide high-quality customer service and support to those accessing our services, always upholding the aims and principles of Citizens Advice. This role offers hybrid working; however, initial training is office-based.
