Working in a team and reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers, planning of works, and all supporting administration.
Duties:
Planning PPM and Reactive works Programming engineers' workload Logging calls and emails from clients Dealing with client enquiries Raising quotations Processing job sheets Raising Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers Liaising with subcontractors regarding works Updating all systems Contract administration Experience/Skills:
Previous Helpdesk/Contract Admin experience Excellent communicator Competent IT skills Team player Package:
Working Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm (flexible working hours / hybrid available after training, i.e., 3 days office-based / 2 days at home) Salary is dependent on experience Holidays are 33 days, including 28 annual leave & 5 statutory bank holidays (1st & 2nd of January, Easter Monday, and the 25th & 26th of December) If you are interested in this position, please apply today and send your CV!
