Peterborough - Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external clients. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, escalating as necessary. Assist less experienced team members and provide guidance where needed. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Ensure efficient and effective administrative support within the helpdesk. Helpdesk or technical support experience is preferred. Ability to hit the ground running and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A positive, problem-solving attitude.
