Helpdesk Engineer (Nights) to work as part of a team of four Night Shift Workers
to provide IT Technical Support for a three month contract, paying £17.69 per hour, inside of IR35, working at the client's offices in Hampshire.
Summary: Night Shifts start at 5pm, end at 8am, with three nights in a row, then 4-5 days off. On average you will be working 45 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities: We are looking for an organised, customer-focused, enthusiastic person to join our team who has excellent IT Technical support skills. First-class customer service skills are needed, a good, calm, reassuring manner is essential with a strong attention to detail. You will be taking a variety of support calls, aiming to fix all technical issues remotely or over the telephone. Essential Experience Required: You will have an excellent knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Remote Control Support Tools, PC / Laptop & Printer Hardware plus knowledge of Build Technology/Imaging Tools. Experience of using a computerised Helpdesk/Service Desk system and knowledge of ITIL processes are essential. This candidate also needs to have a good range of troubleshooting skills in wireless technologies relating to hardware and access points.
