Complete risk assessments and adhere to BACP ethical guidelines. Document information accurately and maintain records in the company database. Handle a variety of issues, including distressed or at-risk individuals. Participate in ongoing training to enhance counselling skills. Maintain an active caseload of video counselling clients. Requirements: Minimum of a level 4 diploma in counselling and counselling experience. BACP registered member. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Motivation to meet deadlines and targets. High computer literacy and experience with telephony and CRM systems.
