Competitive Salary My client is a well-established market leading global manufacturer based in Worcester and they are seeking a new Health & Safety Trainer to join their existing team. As a Health & Safety Trainer, your role will focus on all day-to-day training of H&S training requirements for all staff. Responsibilities
Delivery of mandatory H&S training activities across a range of disciplines Ensuring that all staff attend H&S courses Identifying any training needs within the H&S arena Maintaining departmental H&S training records Providing technical support to all colleagues Requirements
Must hold industry recognised qualifications against training activities such as Manual Handling, Crane Training, FLT and other H&S related topics. Have an in-depth understanding of H&S legislation. Hold or be working towards a nationally recognised H&S qualification. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure with multiple supervisory staff. Ability to develop and deliver a range of H&S training activities. Good report writing skills. This Health & Safety Trainer role is commutable from: Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Malvern, Ledbury, Evesham, Pershore, Hereford, Cheltenham and Gloucester. JBRP1_UKTJ
