A busy and fast paced business with great benefits, and plenty of opportunities for career progression – join CCF as a HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver and share our success and good times with a hard-working, friendly bunch of people. The roleBased from our Sheffield branch, working with a wider team of 14 colleagues and 4 other drivers you’ll deliver and collect our products to and from our customers and branches, safely and efficiently. Making sure that the vehicle is loaded properly and that we meet road transport and traffic legislation standards, you’ll help our operations run as smoothly as possible.What we are looking forOf course, you’ll have previous experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver and hold the appropriate C+E Category driving licence and CPC training records. Previous experience driving a vehicle mounted forklift truck and delivering building materials would be advantageous but not essential. Out on the road you’ll be able to work on your own with minimum supervision. And since you’ll often be the first point of contact for our customers and branches, your people skills will be to a top standard.
