Building Surveyor (HHSRS Qualified)
Location: London (Hybrid - Primarily site-based, with 1 day/week from home)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Panoramic Associates is partnering with a leading housing management organization to recruit a Building Surveyor with an accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Property Services Team and play a crucial role in ensuring that homes are safe, compliant, and fit for habitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HHSRS assessments, condition surveys, and energy efficiency evaluations (EPC). Diagnose building fabric defects and recommend maintenance solutions. Work collaboratively with teams on complex repairs and major works projects. Ensure accurate asset data management and compliance with Decent Homes standards. Provide expert surveying advice across the full RIBA plan of works (0-7).
The Ideal Candidate: Holds a degree in a construction-related subject or has equivalent experience. Possesses an accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification with proven inspection experience. Demonstrates strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and asset performance data. Has excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
