The role involves providing disorder specific assessments, formulation and the delivery of evidence based high intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This role will entail providing interventions to people with anxiety disorders and/or depression for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. You will work within the locality delivering step 3 Talking Therapies/NICE compliant psychological therapies face-to-face, digitally (online and via telephone) and in a range of community settings. Adapting what we offer to make our treatments more accessible is a critical characteristic of what we do. You will receive regular clinical supervision and peer group support. About you We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who have relevant clinical experience and qualifications. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a high volume, performance-managed service, and manage your own caseload and time. You should be BABCP accredited and have completed a recognised HIT training course. We would love to hear from you if you possess the following: Hold a Post Graduate Diploma in High Intensity Interventions or other Post Graduate CBT training qualification. Hold BABCP accreditation or be working towards full accreditation. Are looking to work for an innovative provider who really values you and your career development. Additional EMDR training and NHS Talking Therapies HIT Supervisor training are desirable.
